First Line Maintenance – 4 hour Engineer Arrive CX: 4 Hour Engineer Arrival provides an on-site Technical Engineer to remove a defective FRU and install its replacement or to facilitate fault isolation that Infinera determines cannot be performed remotely. The Field Engineer will arrive at the Customer site within 4 hours of Infinera’s confirmation that a dispatch is needed 24x7x365. Price is calculated as a percentage of the Hardware Sale Price (excluding package or bundle discounts).
